Care Centers is a full service, global call center meeting the needs of customer properties. StarLabs Technology has an exciting opportunity in the upscale Care Centers industry for individuals who enjoy the Care industry and helping customers book accommodations at properties ranging from upscale to standard. Contractors will answer incoming calls from customers calling for reservations at specific hotel properties, will assist callers with reservations and will ultimately confirm those bookings. Contractors will deliver first class customer service, while booking customers’ hotel reservations.
Skills & Requirements:
- Contractors must have a smart phone, Android tablet or iPad and be willing to install an authentication app related to program work.
- Must be able to own an i5 Laptop, 16GB RAM, and 500GB HDD.
- Typing proficiency of at least 30 WPM.
- Attention to detail.
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Prioritize assignments and deadlines with the ability to be flexible to meet the most urgent task.
- Contractors will need to be able to work for 2 weeks beyond the course schedule before taking significant time away from work to maintain proficiency.
- Proficient typing and computer skills in fast pace environment.
- Comfortable in learning and using digital tools.
- Self Disciplined.
